What happens after I’ve placed my order?
The J-Way team expedites the shipping as soon as is possible. Special Orders (SO) can take longer for old engine parts. Special Order parts are not returnable.
How are products delivered to me?
Shipping through USPS & UPS have been the most reliable and cost saving methods. However, will use other methods upon special request.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We do except returns (except for electrical parts or Special Order parts) on any unused items in their original packaging . The return postage would be the responsibility of the purchaser with any restocking fee (usually 20% of the cost of the item) within two weeks of your receipt of item.
Special Order Parts (SO) are not returnable.
No returns on electrical parts and equipment.
We cannot be held responbile for a miss order on your part. If it is our error we will take full responsiblity. ( Within 2 weeks of your receipt)
Please open upon receipt of the item.
Credit would be issued at the time of receipt and after full examination of item via the original form of payment minus any fees, not valid with electrical parts.
